DO YOU THINK AN OWNER/LANDLORD WHO OWNS A BUILDING SHOULD BE AN OWNER IF CHRONCIALLY LOSING RENTAL INCOME AND PAYING FINES?

Do you think a Landlord would learn from the past 10 years of bad tenants, loss of rental income, appearing in court, hiring attorneys because of bad tenants that they would in deed learn from the past?

If in the past 10 years a Landlord lost over $75,000 dollars in rents, paying $5,000-$10,000 dollars in fines, and making trips to his attorney and to the courts would learn from this?

Here is something to think about? The Landlord always seems to rent his place on his own. Not through a Realtor, no background checks, but his own decision making. So here is a case in point. Once again a Landlord selects a business for his space. A business that is questionable and may hurt the Landlord once again.

Follow this, he picks a business, and the new tenant and immediately the new tenants begin work on the place. Within 2 weeks an order from the buildings department puts a stop work order on the building because no permits were filed. This tells you the Landlord skipped using an attorney who would have guided him on that. And once again pay a fine of $5,000 dollars.

To boot it took the new tenants 6 months to clear this issue up. Therefore the landlord once again lost rental income.

You can't make this stuff up. And the end of this story is the type of business he accepted. Ready! A VAPE and gift shop. With 4 candy  stores within one block this is the business this landlord accepted?

I am not a fortune teller. But I guarantee this place, this business that just opened this week will be gone within 12 months for sure, or closed down for other reasons.

interview with business owners up and down the Avenue who know the Landlord. By the way the Landlord is a nice guy, just doesn't belong to be a LANDLORD.
