There never was and never will be any one Broker who has consistently informed Homeowners', Buyers, like Jim Turano has these past 37 years. Very interesting to read. 

The 2 family sold in 2013 at around $700 to $750k range. Today the same home is over $1 million dollars in 3 years time. The average 1 family in 2013 with 3 bedrooms sold then at around $525k and today they are selling at $750k to $850k. Again low taxes, no flood insurance and plenty of convenience.  Middle Village is close to 5 major highways. Manhattan express buses put you at your destination in 20-30 minutes. With 37 years of experience in Real Estate, Middle Village New York is my favorite area of Queens to reside in. When you live here you are not married to being on the Long Island Expressway each and every day crawling to your Long Island Home.  And Taxes here are between 1/4 to 1/3 of what you pay in Long Island.
