Owning buildings myself, i always call upon jim Turano first. He knows current per sq.ft. on Retail stores like the back of his hand.

Same on mixed use buildings to. Why waste everyones time, renting, or selling a building if a buyer can't get a mortgage?

The same applies to putting your house up for sale.

A must is a correct asking price, selling price, and bank appraised price for a mortgage.
