*ASK YOURSELF FIRST DO YOU NEED THOUSANDS OF AGENTS TO RENT YOUR PLACE?

*DO YOU THINK YOU WILL EVER SEE THAT BROKER WHO SIGNED YOU UP IN THE FIRST PLACE EVER AGAIN?

SOME BROKERS MAKE IT A HABIT OF GETTING LISTINGS AND THROWING IT ON MULTIPLE LISTING SO THEY CAN SIT BACK AND HOPE SOMEONE ELSE RENTS IT AND THEY STILL GET HALF THE COMMSSION.

THINK ABOUT THIS..................IT APPLIES ON HOUSES ALSO. SOME AGENTS ARE TRAINED TO GET THE EXCLUSIVE LISTING AND PLACE IT ON MULTIPLE LISTING AND THEN RECEIVE A PORTION OF THE COMMISSION. IF YOU CAN'T SELL THE HOUSE YOU ATTAIN YOU DO NOT BELONG IN REAL ESTATE.

IF YOU GET OFFICES OR A RETAIL STORE AND YOU CAN'T RENT IT, YOU DO NOT BELONG IN REAL ESTATE.

COMMERICAL PROPERTIES FOR SALE IS A DIFFERENT STORY. YOU DO NEED A GOOD SALES TEAM.

BUT THERE ARE SO MANY LAZY BROKERS OUT THERE TODAY WHO ARE SO USED TO SITTING IN THEIR OFFICE ALL DAY LONG DEPENDING ON EVERYONE ELSE TO RENT OR SELL SOMETHING.
