YOUNG PEOPLE TODAY SHOULD NOT RENT AN APARTMENT, THEY SHOULD MOVE IN WITH THEIR PARENTS TO SAVE BIG MONEY! By Brad Chanley
Whether you get married, or just live with each other, save between $60,000 to $80,000 in five years in rent by moving into your parent’s house. Take advantage if your parents own a home. If you have children, you automatically attain babysitters to help you through the day. Get all your laundry done, get home cooked meals, do not pay for electric or cable television if you do not have to. No bills at all. Think about it. You end up going to your parents 24/7 anyway once you have children. And Landlords really do not want young children around their house anyway. Save your money instead. Save rent increases and moving expenses.
Almost 50% of young people who rent today end up finally moving into their parent’s home anyway after 4 -5 years later. The expenses become overwhelming after the first and or second child. So although it may be less room for everyone, since you may be going to your parent’s home now anyway, just move in. It is the same sacrifice anyway as far as space goes.
With all the money you can save in 5 years you can buy a Condo for yourselves. Stay in the area. It is a sacrifice but it is cost effective.
