NEWS RELEASE!

THE COMING SHORTAGE OF APARTMENTS WITHIN 14 DAYS! NOV.3,2012

WITH 33 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE, AFTER WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO THE TRI-STATE AREA, AND THE AMOUNT OF PHONE CALLS COMING IN FOR APARTMENTS, IT IS OBVIOUS THAT ALL LISTINGS REGARDING APARTMENT RENTALS IN ALL AREAS WILL BE GONE VERY SOON! A TRAGEDY THAT WILL TAKE YEARS TO RECOVER FROM, BUT FOR MANY PEOPLE AFFECTED BY HURRICANE SANDY TRYING TO FIND LIVING QUARTERS WILL BECOME VERY SCARCE VERY SOON.

ADVICE-USE LOCAL REALTORS WHO HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR DECADES, AND KNOW THAT MOST OF US GET REPEAT BUSINESS FROM LANDLORDS OVER THE YEARS.

AVOID "CRAIGSLIST". UNLESS YOU WANT TO COMPETE WITH DOZENS OF TENANTS, APPLICANTS FOR THE SAME APARTMENTS. (VERY FRUSTRATING).

JUST GO TO YOUR LOCAL REALTORS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY YOU WANT TO RESIDE IN.

REALTORS IN MIDDLE VILLAGE HANDLE LISTINGS ALSO IN RIDGEWOOD, GLENDALE, MASPETH, WOODHAVEN, REGO PARK AND FOREST HILLS.

JUST DEAL WITH ANY REPUTABLE REALTOR TO ATTAIN YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS.

SAVE TIME & EFFORT. IF YOU CAN NOT TRAVEL BY CAR DUE TO THE GAS SHORTGAGE JUST USE YOUR LOCAL DIRECTORY, TRULIA, OR CALL INFORMATION TO OBTAIN REALTORS TELEPHONE NUMBERS.

JIM TURANO/BROKER-DIVERSE REAL ESTATE, 73-01 METROPOLITAN AVENUE, OFF 73PLACE, OPPOSITE MIDVILLE HARDWARE STORE.BUSINESS #1-718-669-7007

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

OTHER REPUTABLE REALTORS IN MY OPINION FOR EVERYONE, ARE THE FOLLOWING: MACALUSO, CRIFASI, TSCHERNE AND CALDWELL BANKERS.

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL!

PLEASE CALL TODAY, DO NOT WAIT!

GOD BLESS ALL!

You were so right 11 days ago. People are scrambling for apartments now. Even with Femma paying you can't find a landlord willing to take anyone for just 6 months.

In any areas!

Liked your window display by the way. I see you constantly get new listings & changing your window ads.

Keep up the good work Jim

My sister found an apartment through your office and for $350 per month less per month. That a $4,200 savings in a year, and worth paying the $1350 in real estate fee(one time fee.) Thanks again!

Oh by the way you were right, craigslist was a real dump full of over priced apartments by landlords and they seem to have more than 5-10 applicants fight for the same apartment!

Update:Nov.11th-Tenants should avoid craigslist when seeking apartments. You think your saving the fee, but consider the overpriced rents being advertised. Then compete with half dozen applicants and you are nowhere a week later. Any local Realtor on Metropolitan Avenue has apartments and realistically priced. Even if you pay the commission, you thousands per year than dealing directly with Landlords who think they have Gold in their apartments. Some Landlords trying to take advantage of tenants & you have so much competition too.

I say use a Local Realtor! Sal Italiano of Middle Village.

Thanks for helping my friends get an apartment so quickly. And you are so right that the listings are diminishing and that craigslist is a garbage dump full of overpriced apartments.

Hats off to Diverse!

Glad I rad your article.

Thanks Glendale Register!

It is going to get worse before it gets better. Now after a Northeaster, still long lines for gas, No electric, No heat, people better plan now to get a place to live for the next 12 months.

So many parts of Long Island, Staten Island, Howard Beach, the Rockaways, Brooklyn, Weschester County, are looking to relocate backs to Queens neighborhoods where family, and friends live.

This article is dead on. And I know with years of experience, and the hundreds of articles written before, has made him well known in the Communities he services.

A #1 Googled Broker with more information, acknowledgements, and referrals than any other broker in all of Queens New York!

My opinion, use a professional, and a reputable Real Estate Broker for yourself & Family!

I was flooded out, found an apartment and was discounted $400 dollars off the commission by diverse real estate broker jim turano.

And yes craigslist is a garbage dump full of over priced rentals, by brokers and Landlords who want top dollar and including fingerprints with all there blasted requests!

Do yourself a favor, use local realtors period.

Some Landlords are getting ridiculous with the rents, and advertising on their own stating no Brokers-No Fees. But you have to pay an average of $450 per month more in rent, or $5,400 dollars per year thinking you saved money? How stupid are some Landlords? The same apartment can be attained for around $1500,

and you pay a $1500 dollar commission.

So you save money even if you pay a commission and get a landlord who is greedy from the start!

Call your local Brokers in Middle Village, shop wisely!

Hurricane victims who want to live in Middle Village, should go to our local business owners on Metropolitan Avenue. I see the apartments in the Realtors windows all the time.

Your so right and informative. And nice that you mention your competitors as well. That is respectful & good business.

Heard they are coming from Jersey, Staten Island, Island Park, Brooklyn, Howard Beach, and Rockaway.

Lifting of illegal ban on basement apartments should be lifted for 2 years so families can find housing. This is an emergency for sure!

Anyone that knows me and has an apartment call Jim please and give everyone a hand.
