Hi everyone. Walking the streets, meeting people for 37 years has gotten me many referrals.

In fact many people ask from time to time what is my house worth today on the market?

And or they have an apartment coming up for rent. A friendly neighborhood scenario for me since 37 years ago. So let us go into Part 3 now.

While you are eating dinner the phone rings!

It is a franchise realtor from another neighborhood looking to see if you may be selling your home soon? If not, do you know of anyone selling their home soon? The reason for this annoying phone call, is never being in the neighborhood for decades. Never giving back to the community by being in the neighborhood organizations. Never being stable and constantly recruiting sales agents. And accepting agents who have moved from Realtor to Realtor just to get a body count for the office.

Here is a truism. These so called Franchises open and close their doors. Many of the Franchises are owned by Brokers who live outside the areas they are trying to do business in. Their objective is to recruit agents, promise the agents they hire a bonus if they bring agents in the office, and they are so desperate to get listings they just do cold calling homeowners.

End of Part 3.

Remember the neighborhood Professional. Remember he lives in the neighborhood. Remember he was a member of many organizations in the neighborhood. Remember he has completed over 4,000 written appraisals to date. Remember he has a reputation in the neighborhood. And lastly his Resume is on Google for all to view. Experience & Reputation can not be matched.
