Middle Village,New York and surrounding areas. In one year Homes have gone up approximately $100,000 dollars in our Community. Looking for Bargains is realistically a needle in the haystack.
Yes you may come up with the less than 1% of unexpected sales where problems financially do arise. And there are REO'S, Foreclosures to. But in general, when an area has been Hot for decades upon decades, like Middle Village, New York, it is best if you do the leg work, see homes for sale, learn the difference between Style of Homes, Square footage, Townhouse, Tudor, and ranch style homes, and more importantly the Location. The rest is easy when you can walk to a ten block long park, variety of supermarkets, butchers, and two top rated schools in the Community. Commuting from Middle Village has its benefits as well. The M train, four bus lines, and express buses to Manhattan. Last but not least we are close to five major highways and 15 minutes to Manhattan.
Compared to Long Island, Whitestone, etc.., our taxes on homes are very low and affordable.
*Middle Village*, New York is not in a targeted flood zone as well.
